Cultivating Minds Counseling Group, LLC, is a private practice for mental health that cultivates methodologies and helps individuals and families get to the ROOT OF THE PROBLEM, one session at a time. Our goal for our clients is to put them in control of their lives and not their diagnosis. The group strives to work with all mental health disorders. Cultivating Minds Counseling Group, LLC will provide a cultivating non-judgmental experience, warm, empathetic and accepting environment that will aid clients with redirection to overcome negative thought patterns/discomforting emotions.

Group Counseling

Our group therapy are therapeutically grouped with like mind people. Our non-judgmental groups provides a sense of belonging and sense of community.

Telehealth

Tele-Counseling offers several benefits: professional therapy from any device, convenient & easy, patient & provider satisfaction, flexibility in time and place, and consistency & continuity.

Anger Management

Our Anger Management Groups are self-paced. Anger Management Group is for child, teenager and/or adult identifying the root of the anger problem. Group members are taught relaxation strategies and calming techniques. We are 100% online, unless otherwise stated.

Parenting Classes

A happier, healthier you awaits fostering in skills: effective communication, navigating uncertainty, nutrition and gaining a executive presence. Court mandated or not, you are welcome to our PARENTING CLASS.
